Midsummer Murder Special - 28 June 2008

A steam train ride through the Somerset countryside whilst enjoying a Ploughman’s Supper and a glass of wine. Take a careful look around however as one of the passengers will
not be returning home alive. In true detective style, you will have all the evidence put before you and you have to decide who has committed the dastardly crime.
Staged by the "Murder By Appointment" company of actors, the new plotline will be acted out on the return trip from Minehead to Bishops Lydeard. On the return leg of the
journey, there will be a stop atWatchet long enough for a walk by the Marina whilst exercising the grey cells to deduce the culprit. Your train will leave from Minehead at 7pm.
Your payment includes the return train fare, a glass of wine (or non-alcoholic alternative), cheese or ham ploughman’s supper and the entertainment.
Fares: Adults £25.00 (The Murder Mystery events are not suitable for children).

Late Summer Murder Special - 6 September 2008

As the evenings start to draw in, take a steam train ride through the Somerset countryside whilst enjoying a Fish and Chip supper and a glass of wine. Take a care as to who you sit
next too as one of the travellers will not leave the train alive and you could be sitting next to the murderer!! During the journey all the evidence will be placed before you, you will
be allowed to visit the scene of the crime and then you will be asked to solve the mystery.
Staged by the "Murder By Appointment" company of actors, the completely new plotline will be acted out on the return trip from Bishops Lydeard to Minehead . Once at
Minehead there will be a long enough stopover for you to wander down the seafront whilst pondering all the evidence.Your train will leave from Bishops Lydeard at 7pm.
Your payment includes the return train fare, a glass of wine (or non-alcoholic alternative), a fish and chip supper (or vegetarian alternative) and the entertainment.

On a dark evening, what better is there to do other than taking a warm steam train ride through the Somerset countryside whilst enjoying a Sausage and Chip supper and a glass of
wine. The darkness outside will however be matched by the dark doings in the carriages as one of the travellers will not leave the train alive and the murderer has to be one of your
fellow passengers.Watch and listen as all the evidence is placed before you, visit the scene of the crime and then you solve the mystery, it is as simple as that!

Festive Season's Murder Special - 13 December 2008

It may be nearly Christmas but the festive and seasonal feelings most people have for one another does not include everyone on your train. Take a steam train ride through
the Somerset countryside whilst enjoying a Fish and Chip supper and a locally produced drink. One of the travellers will not leave the train alive and who knows who the
killer is or why they commit the un-seasonal crime Whilst you travel, all the evidence will be wrapped up and presented to you, the scene of the crime may be visited and
you will then be able to solve the mystery.
Staged by the "Murder By Appointment" company of actors, the completely new seasonal plotline will be acted out on the return trip from Bishops Lydeard to Minehead .
Once at Minehead there will be a long enough stopover for you to wrap up warm and wander into the town to give you time to examine all the evidence in your mind.
Take a care who you choose to walk with!! Your train will leave from Bishops Lydeard at 7pm.
