This loco is a result of a radical rebuild of a former ex-GWR Large Prairie (no 5193) and is designed around the GWR proposed Small Mogul design. The loco carries the number 9351 - which follows GWR practice for the first of a new class. The conversion has created considerable debate amongst the worldwide railway community.
